The company's latest research and development ‘double circle new material storage device’ was authorised by the State Intellectual Property Office. This technology optimises the material scheduling efficiency by means of shift motor and cooperative control components, which is applicable to electronic manufacturing, automotive electronics and other fields, and has entered the mass production stage.

 The new double-ring material storage device has a number of innovative features, the first is the use of displacement motors and cooperative control components combined design, so that the tank can be in the same plane and different heights to achieve flexible scheduling. This design solves the problem of inefficiency in sorting and retrieval of materials in traditional storage devices and significantly improves the efficiency of the entire operation process. Through precise sorting and pick-and-place operations, the system ensures an orderly access process and avoids common chaotic situations.

 In addition, the height control motor in the device provides great convenience for the user, able to adjust the height of the canisters to ensure safety and accuracy in automated operations. This means that staff can access materials more easily when using the unit. In addition, the synergistic control components ensure that the trays can be moved accurately, further increasing the operational flexibility of the equipment.

 Even more innovatively, the storage device works in tandem with the robotic arm to enable pick-and-place operations that are controlled both internally and externally. By flexibly adjusting the height and position of the tray, the robotic arm is able to quickly complete the pick and place of the canisters in the designated area, which greatly overcomes the limitations of the traditional storage device in the operating space. The realisation of this technology makes the whole system more compatible and expandable, providing a possibility for future automated storage solutions.
